Gradeall - Model GH500 -Industrial Horizontal Baler
The Gradeall GH500 is an industrial horizontal baler designed to be used by waste processors dealing with over 50 tonnes of material per week. The GH500 Horizontal Baler can bale a wide range of recyclable materials including paper, cardboard, hard and soft plastics, light steel, aluminium drinks cans, bottles, and much more. The GH500 produces mill sized bales which are tied using 4 lengths of baling wire. The hydraulically operated door is operated via an electronic control panel and will unlock the door lock mechanism, open the door and eject bales minimising operator input.
Modular in design the GH500 like Gradeall static compactors can be fitted with a variety of material feed options to suit specific requirements. Options include a simple hinged hopper for manual material entry, hoppers fed via tipping skips/telehandlers, bin lift systems with full safety cages featuring magnetic interlocks and custom integration with existing waste removal systems.
Remote monitoring
A remote monitoring system is available optionally on the GH500. This uses the same technology as featured on our static and portable compactors; the Intelli-fill system. This allows Gradeall to provide remote diagnostics and troubleshooting, and to change parameters such as ram pressure and speed to suit specific materials being processed. (Note this system requires a SIM card with an active network subscription which is subject to network operator costs. Signal strength may also vary depending upon location).
