Heavy duty double intake flighting
Featuring heavy-duty double intake flighting for increased capacity, these augers handle large volumes of grain efficiently, up to lengths of 56ft. Heavy duty double intake flighting with a cupped edge provides increased capacity and an extended lifetime.Permanently fixed inner guard, removable outer guard, intake choke emergency cut off switch all contribute to the safety and user friendliness of the auger.
Engage and disengaging lever
The engage and disengaging lever of the triple drive belts on the fixed under slung motor mount provides a simple and reliable operation.The mechanical drive to the auger flight ensures the minimum efficiency loss to maintain the maximum motor horsepower available to drive the flighting.
Ease of Movement
The innovative 3rd wheel assembly allows for easy positioning of the auger without physical lifting. This is fitted to most of the larger augers in the 8 inch range. The optional hydraulic wheel drive and lift option takes ease of use to the next level and can be fitted to any Grainline auger with a third wheel and petrol engine drive.
Drive Shaft
The drive shaft covers and guards provide safety and protection for operators to minimize the chance of accidents.
Triple Reduction
The triple reduction on the lift cable as well as the cable pulleys and slide rollers running on sealed bearings lessens the strain on the cable and winch as well as minimizes friction raising and lowering the auger.
Reversible Gearbox
Reversible gearboxes on all Grainline petrol and PTO augers allow flighting to be reversed for cleaning out the auger.
