Since 1954, TRIA S.p.A, Cologno Monzese MI, Italy is specialized in the design and manufacturing of rotary knife-granulators and grinding systems for in-line or centralized plastic recovery. They design and build single granulators as well as complete granulating systems for inline applications. The TRIA Product line ranges from small beside the press granulators to large granulators for the recycling industry.

The FineCut is the ideal secondary grinding solution for a multi-stage Recycling/RDF plant. Impressive outputs can be achieved due to its high rotor speed. The FineCut is the best shredding solution to produce high quality RDF for the cement industry and other industries with high BTU level requirements. The unique Rotor cutting geometry in combination with the force feeding of material enables the FineCut to process even the lowest density materials at high capacities. The shredding capacity ranges from 2 to 20 tons/hr (1.8 to 18 metric tons/hr) with final particle sizes ranging 1/2”to 2” (12 to 50 mm).
