The working principle of the roller granulator is relatively simple and efficient. Firstly, the mixed powder with a moisture content of no more than 15% enters the feeding system from the hopper, and the appropriate material flow rate is obtained by adjusting the speed of the continuously variable speed motor. Then, the material enters the mixing system and is mixed with steam for conditioning. At the same time, molasses or oil can be added to enhance the adhesion of the material (but the amount of oil added is generally not more than 3%, otherwise it will affect the forming). The temperature of the quenched and tempered material can reach 64-85 ℃, and the humidity can reach 14-16%. Next, the material enters the pressing chamber through the inclined groove and forms spherical or flattened particles under the opposing rotation and compression of the double rollers. Finally, the particles are sieved and separated to obtain products with different particle sizes.
