The roller squeezing granulator is driven by an electric motor to drive the belt and pulley, which are transmitted to the active shaft through a reducer and work synchronously with the passive shaft through a split gear. The material is added from the feeding hopper, extruded by rollers, demolded and pelletized, and then transported to the crushing and screening workshop through a chain for screening and separation of finished particles. The finished granular return material is mixed with new material for granulation, and as the motor continues to rotate, the material continuously enters, achieving mass production.
