Graphenano Poligraph - Model 140 Plus Premium -Polyester Resin with Graphene

The Poligraph 140 Plus Premium is an advanced polyester resin infused with graphene, offering medium-low viscosity and high thixotropy. This orthophthalic polyester resin is notable for its high reactivity and full polymerization capabilities. It requires the PMEC X-8 Catalyst for effective curing. This resin is available in quantities of 5 kg, 20 kg, and 220 kg, making it suitable for various industrial applications. Additionally, when reinforced with 75% fiberglass, the resin demonstrates enhanced mechanical properties. It is also designed for optimal storage and packaging to maintain product integrity. Suitable related products include the Gelgraph Gel Coat ISO Moulds and ISO Airless variants, which are available in a range of price options. This resin offers flexibility for a wide spectrum of uses within the composite industry, demonstrating remarkable compatibility with other related products, thereby making it a versatile choice for specialized applications.

Applications

It is specially designed as a base resin for work with fiberglass or injection resins.
It has good adhesion between layers and very low linear and volumetric shrinkage.
Inert mineral fillers such as calcium carbonates, calcium sulfates, dolomite, or silica can be added. The percentage of MEK peroxide to be added ranges between 0.75% and 1%, although it can be increased to 2% to reduce gel time.
The application can be manual or machine-based.

Storage and packaging

The product must be stored in a dry place and at a temperature not exceeding 25ºC.
Its expiration date is 4 months under these conditions.
Generally, the products will be supplied in drum format .
