The Poligraph 140 Plus Premium is an advanced polyester resin infused with graphene, offering medium-low viscosity and high thixotropy. This orthophthalic polyester resin is notable for its high reactivity and full polymerization capabilities. It requires the PMEC X-8 Catalyst for effective curing. This resin is available in quantities of 5 kg, 20 kg, and 220 kg, making it suitable for various industrial applications. Applications

  • It is specially designed as a base resin for work with fiberglass or injection resins.
  • It has good adhesion between layers and very low linear and volumetric shrinkage.
  • Inert mineral fillers such as calcium carbonates, calcium sulfates, dolomite, or silica can be added. The percentage of MEK peroxide to be added ranges between 0.75% and 1%, although it can be increased to 2% to reduce gel time.
