Graphenano Poligraph - Model 70 Plus Premium -Graphene Reinforced Polyester Resin
Graphenano's Poligraph 70 Plus Premium is a specialized polyester resin enhanced with graphene, designed for applications requiring medium-low viscosity and thixotropic properties. This resin requires the PMEC Catalyst X-8 for catalyzation, ensuring optimal curing and mechanical performance. Its technical formulation offers enhanced mechanical properties, particularly when reinforced with 75% fiberglass, making it suitable for various industrial applications. The resin is available in different packaging sizes, including 5 kg, 20 kg, and 220 kg options, providing versatility for diverse project scales. Designed for professionals seeking reliable and high-performance materials, this resin supports various manufacturing processes requiring durable, stable, and resilient polyester solutions.
Properties
- It has a fast curing cycle.
- Magnificent impregnation in fiberglass.
- It is completely compatible with pigments.
- High mechanical properties.
- It has high resistance to water and temperature.
- Improved thermal conductivities.
Applications
- It is specially designed as a base resin for fiberglass work.
- It has good adhesion between layers and very low linear and volumetric shrinkage.
- The percentage of mek peroxide should be between 0.75% and 1.5%, although it can be increased up to 2% to reduce gel time.
- The application can be manual or machine-based.
- It can be used in pultrusion processes
Storage and packaging
- The product must be stored in a dry place and at a temperature not exceeding 25ºC.
- Its expiration date is 4 months under these conditions.
- Generally, the products will be supplied in drum format .
