Progeco - Model FGP -Gravel Filters

FGP gravel filters are installed to remove coarse particles from biogas. They also work as in-line condensate water traps and as additional safety devices preventing backflames in gas mains. The unit consists of a stainless steel vessel with removable lid and flanged connections to process. The filling material is coarse gravel placed by random dumping so that biogas flow is channelled along the longest path, thus maximising the filtration effect. Condensate water is continuously disposed from the outlet located at the bottom of the vessel.
