We have developed GREATGOLD to ensure smooth operation for high-cycle operations. Significantly reduced torques allow the use of smaller gearboxes and actuators. 

The polygonal shaft-disc connection is free of play without additional pins and transmits the torque without losses.

The new liner provides extended service life due to an innovative profile and auto-lubricated material composition.

  • Face-to-face dimension acc. to EN558 series 20
  • Wafer or Flanged body
  • Nominal Diameter (DN): DN 350 to 600 (DN 700-1600 coming soon)
  • Nominal Pressure (PN): PN 10 to PN 16
  • Medium Temperature: Standard up to 50°C (other possibility according to disc and liner material)
