Grifo - Model FCP10-OLIO -Stainless Steel Professional Filter
Stainless-steel professional filter 20×20 10 plates for oil. This model belongs to the “professional” line, but it differs from the standard model for the ability to filter extra-virgin olive oil, thanks to a pump specifically studied for this purpose. Sturdy, reliable and built with high-quality materials, while also practical in its functioning.
The pump and the structure are entirely made out of stainless-steel, which ensures high hygiene and durability; the plates for the filtering layers are made of linear nylon. This filter is designed for the use of 20 filtering layers, but it works with a lower amount, decreasing the hourly production. Equipped with a manometer for controlling the pressure and a valve for fluid control. The filter is easy to assemble and the layers are quickly replaced. Product waste is kept to a minimum. The machine is mounted on a stainless-steel cart with wheels and is complete of a liquid recovery tank.
