GSD - High Dryness Belt Filter Press for Sludge Dewatering
The High Dryness Belt Filter Press is a specialized equipment designed for advanced sludge dewatering applications. This technology eliminates the need for initial dewatering, allowing direct processing from the sludge tank. It features a highly automated system, facilitating continuous operation without the need for constant supervision. The equipment benefits from an optimized roller configuration that applies greater pressing pressure, ensuring the discharge of sludge with reduced moisture content. A specialized high-pressure section filter cloth offers excellent water permeability and can withstand significant tension, which aids in the efficient separation and stripping of sludge cake. This system accommodates various industrial demands, including municipal wastewater treatment, urban sewer sludge management, and dewatering in sectors like food processing, chemical manufacturing, and mining. It provides efficient solid-liquid separation, making it an essential tool for modern industrial processes.
- Highly integrated equipment, no need for primary dewatering at the front end; sludge from sludge tank can be processed directly.
- High degree of automation that allows for automatic unattended continuous operation
- More reasonable roller arrangement, greater pressing pressure, lower moisture
Multiple Mud Discharge Moisture Contents
Take municipal wastewater sludge as an example:
The moisture content of idscharged sludge is stabilized at less than 80%, which meets the requirements of the majority of sewage plants:used in the same way as the conventional belt machine, it can reduce the moisture content of discharged sludge by 3-5% and sludge volume by 15-25% as compared to the conventional belt type machine, simply by adding PAM mixed flocculant
The moisture content of dischaged sludge is stabilized at 65-75% reducing the sludge volume by more than 40% with the appropriate sludge modifier, as compared to the traditional belt filter press dewatering. The back end can be seamlessly connected to the sludge drying equipment, which effectively reduces the high energy consumption of back-end drying equipment
The moisture contect of discharge can achieve 55-65% after deep dewatering, decreasing the sludge volume by more than 50% with the appropriate modifier and powder, substantially reducing manual operation as compared to the plate-and-frame type filter press, allowing for continuous sludge discharge and unattended operation.
