GSI - Bucket Elevators
GSI`s bucket elevators are designed to move grain gently and efficiently. The head of the bucket elevator features a two-piece design, allowing for internal access and maintenance. The full-radius contoured head reduces wear and optimizes material flow, with multiple liners for different conditions. The square trunking has continuously welded structural angle iron flanges and bolted double tie angles, ensuring rigidity and longevity. The boot construction includes a structural iron frame and painted finishes on stiffeners and frames to resist corrosion. Externally mounted pillow block bearings and easy access cleanout doors enhance durability and convenience. The elevators come in discharge sizes of 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14 inches, and are complemented by GSI distributors, which ensure accurate and efficient grain movement, available in various configurations and sizes.
