Hakko Corporation - Model E-SF -Sunfoods Hose - PVC Food Grade Hose for Industrial Applications
The E-SF Sunfoods Hose is a PVC-based product designed for industrial use, particularly in the food and beverage sector. It features a specially formulated oil-proof plasticizer that enhances its durability and flexibility, making it suitable for a variety of fluids such as chemicals, food, drink, alcohol, oil, water, and air. Despite not holding the FDA certification, the hose complies with the Food Sanitation Law No.370, ensuring safety and conformity in food-related applications. The hose is recognized for its flexibility, pressure resistance, and transparency, making it an ideal choice for operations requiring strict hygiene standards. It includes various fittings like the EIGHTLOCK S, B, and Ferrule Fittings, enhancing its adaptability to different connections. Even though it is not FDA certified, it effectively transfers non-food-grade oils. Cleaning is facilitated with a sponge ball and rocket brush, ensuring ease of maintenance.

- Food Grade...It is superior in flexibility and can transfer hot water (up to 70∘C), food, beverage, and fatty foods.
- Pressure-Proof...I.D. Size (6mm - 25mm) can stand up to 1.0MPa (10Bar) at 20∘C working pressure.
- Oil-Proof...Due to the high polymer oil-proof plasticizer, hose does not get harden even though the fluid is other than food grade oil.
- Easy to Cut...Since we print the cut mark on the hose every meter, it is easy to cut the length you would like to.
- Transparency...E-SF (natural color) enables you to check the fluid very easily.
- Original Fittings...By using our original fittings, you can avoid accidents which are caused by incorrect choices of hose and fittings. For more information on our original fittings, please scroll down to the end.
- Hose Cap...By sealing the hose end by hose cap, the inclusion of foreign matters is prevented. E-SF is tightened with hose cap only in the standard length.
