More and more companies are striving to be as independent as possible from fossil fuels. In order to be able to offer alternative drive energies for the operation of hall heating systems, LK Metallwaren has developed the CO2 - neutral LK warm air generator “ Green Climate System (GCS) ”.

Instead of gas or oil, the “Green Climate System” simply uses the existing outdoor and indoor air conditions.

Heat, cool and ventilate halls efficiently!
The "heart" of the system is the radial impeller . This sucks in both the warmed hall air and fresh outside air and feeds it into the hall via a mixing chamber, an air filter and a heating register. The register is connected to the heat pump package installed on the roof. Depending on the desired temperature, it cools or heats the air flowing past.

When outside temperatures are below freezing, it is also possible to cover peak loads by using an electric reheater . The advantage of the LK GCS warm air generator: it uses 100 percent of the outside air to generate heat. This not only promotes independence from fossil fuels when heating halls, but already meets the requirements of the Climate Protection Act .
