Our electric submersible pump (ESP) systems are deployed in some of the most extreme downhole environments. High temperature, immense pressure, fluid-borne abrasives, excessive gas, scale, and variable flow rate are commonplace in these environments. Each of these threats is directly addressed by innovative technologies throughout each of our ESP systems:

• Abrasion resistance through heavy-duty materials and coatings for bearings, bushings and other components subjected to sand
• Gas separation through active vortex separators that agitate and break up gas slugs and free gas that interferes with operations
• Proper seating in severe dogleg wells through specialty flanges
• Sand management within the pump using wide-vane technology and the patented Erosion Buster® design
• Flow management through extended range pumps that can handle 40,000 BPD to 64,000 BPD
