Finely Tuned Fine Grinding Systems

The Rotochopper RMT hammermill can be scaled to match production requirements by simply varying the mill width, horsepower, and hammer arrangements. When we supply a multi-stage grinding system, we coordinate the RMT hammermill specifications with the output capacity of the primary grinder.

Easy In. Easy Out.

A steady flow of uniform particles from the Rotochopper primary grinder to the 2nd stage mill maximizes grinding efficiency and particle size control. By contrast, a hammermill that receives an uneven feed can produce irregular particle sizes.

By supplying the grinder and hammermill as a complete package, we can control every stage in the grinding process to ensure the hammermill produces a consistent fine texture fiber.

Fine Grinding Precision

The RMT hammermill can grind wood waste to 1/4" minus (6 mm) for wood pellet fuel and animal bedding or even smaller for specialized applications.
