ALCI - Model I-Washing -Handling Granulation Washing Accessories
Special Custom racks for Drums and lids are designed. I -Control system with the PC touch screen and 21 CFR PART 11 for control and supervision of the process, either automatic or manual. Pump group available for medium or high pressure for the pressurisation of the washing water.This skid is complete with the necessary connections and manifolds to connect to the central utilities and is also complete with detergent vessels which are manaully or automatically dosed into the washing chamber.
- Pre-washing with tap de-calcified water
- Washing with tap water and detergent (if required)
- Rinsing with tap water

- Purging of washing lines with compres sed air
- Blowing of the bin with compressed air
- Drying of the bin with special Air Blade system fro enhanced drying of all parts of the Bins.
