The Exclusive Cycle Program for Retort Product
Retort Products require a special sterilizing condition as compared with the general case and so this sterilizer adopted the exclusive liquid and retort cycle program with dual temperature sensor(chamber and liquid sensor) which controls sterilization temperature(121?) and exhaust temperature(80.0?) of the liquid contained bottle and retort pouch. This special cycle enables to prevent the liquid and retort pouch load from boiling over or bursting.
And 4 kinds of optimized basic cycle program for sterilizing general medical instruments and 2 kinds of test program are embedded in the controls of sterilizer, therefore operator can select a proper cycle conveniently for sterilizing a load and change the parameters of program easily according to the sterilizing condition.
The self-diagnosis program generates the warning signal, displays the error code on the control panel and aborts the executing cycle for safety automatically in case that any operating error has occurred during cycle executing.
Safety
The door would not be opened without power supplying and cycle does not start unless the door is locked. The door locking system is designed to seal the chamber simply by the radial lever type. To open the door safely under chamber pressure, turn the door handle counter clockwise, then the radial levers are released and the vapor is leaked through the gap between chamber edge and door. Strong opening/closing mechanism and heat-blocking door plate cover would protect the operator from a possible accident during sterilizing.
In case the chamber pressure exceeds in the set value, the safety valve exhausts the vapor from the chamber and then decreases the chamber pressure.
Built-in Printer
The built-in panel printer prints out the cycle performance record for securing the traceability afterwards.
