Customized
According to the different needs of customers and combined with the actual situation, various unit configurations are provided, which can be used for stand-alone operation or joint operation.
The Hard Rock Mobile Crusher achieves efficient crushing of high-hardness ores by integrating feeding, crushing, screening, and conveying systems onto a single mobile chassis. During operation, raw materials are fed into the vibrating feeder via loading equipment and then uniformly and continuously conveyed to the main crushing chamber. Depending on the model, the main crusher can be a jaw crusher, cone crusher, or impact crusher, performing coarse or medium-fine crushing of hard rocks. The high-intensity kinetic energy and compressive force within the crushing chamber rapidly fracture, compress, and ultimately pulverize the rocks into materials of the desired size. Subsequently, the finished product is classified by particle size through a screening system, and unqualified materials are automatically returned to the crushing chamber for further crushing. The entire system is monitored in real-time by an intelligent control device, enabling automatic load adjustment, optimized production capacity, and ensuring stable operation under complex working conditions. With a crawler or wheeled mobile chassis, the equipment can be quickly relocated, making it suitable for various applications such as mining, aggregate production, and infrastructure construction.
