Royal Eijkelkamp -Â Model 04.15.SB -Hard Soils Liner Sampler Set
The liner sampler set for hard soils with screw thread connection allows undisturbed soil samples to be taken in a liner. This is done by applying a stainless steel core sampler with sample tubes and cutting head. In hard soils the sampler tube can be driven into the soil using the shock-absorbing hammer with two nylon heads or the down-the-hole hammer.

We offer two different sets of liner samplers, this is the one suitable for hard soils thanks to its screw thread connection. The liner sampler has a stainless steel sampler body and the set is packed in an aluminium transport case.
If undisturbed samples are required it can be challenging to remove the sample from the sampler tube. This type of corer uses a sample liner tube inside the sample tube which facilitates the removal of the sample from the tube. The sample, still in the liner, is stored in a container which can be sealed for transport to the laboratory. The sample can be viewed directly in the field without touching it.
