REGAL - Model C22 -Hastelloy Flanges

The blind flanges are used to close the connection and end the flow inside a pipeline. There are other types such as slip on flanges, weld neck flanges, orifice flanges and lap joint flanges. The ANSI B16.5 Hastelloy C22 Weld Neck Flanges are used in heavy welding applications where the welded neck can hold the pipe for welding. The standards of these flanges range as ASME B16.5, B16.48 and other international standards as well. The sizes range from ½ inches to 36 inches with pressure classes of the Uns N06200 Pipe Flange ranging from class 150 through class 2500. The different types such as raised face, ring type joint and flat face types are also available with threaded, screwed, plate or forged types of productions. The Astm B564 Uns N06022 Flanges are made up of 50% nickel, 20% chromium, 12.5% molybdenum, 2% iron, 2.5% cobalt with carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur and phosphorus in the composition. The material has 690MPa minimum tensile strength and 310MPa minimum yield strength. The Alloy C22 Slip On Flange is one of the most used types. It has precision connection by allowing the pipe to slip through it. The applications range from oil and gas to chemical processing and almost all industrial applications. Since the material is expensive, it is only used where necessary.
