The Standard HayBoss Feeder is crafted to accommodate various bale types, including any size round bale, up to 16 small square bales, and shortened large square bales. This feeder is constructed from galvanized steel, ensuring maximum durability in harsh weather conditions. The high-quality, thick nylon net is self-tensioning with a spring-loaded roller mechanism, maintaining consistent net tautness regardless of feed volume. Designed for flexibility, the feeder can also be installed on a fence line to serve two paddocks simultaneously. Users can choose between three net sizes: #1 Net with 1 ¼” diamonds, #2 Net with 1 ⅝” diamonds, and #3 Net with 2 ½” diamonds, depending on the type of animals being fed. Offering protection against rain, snow, and wind, this feeder helps to minimize waste. Loading is efficiently managed by unlatching the net handles, allowing the net to retract, and then reattaching it once the bale is positioned and properly prepared. Assembled dimensions are 95”x78”x84.5”, allowing it to fit large rounds and squares up to 7 feet in length.
