Skbaler - Model HBM-T180 (1.5-2.5t/h) -Heavy Duty Bagging Baler
HBM-T180 is a heavy-duty horizontal bagging baler with 180ton hydraulic power, which is mainly designed considering loose materials. Although loose materials are difficult for collecting and baling, but strong and stable horizontal bagging baler can press them into high density bales for easy storage and transportation. Finished bales with a plastic bag will protect the materials from damp and stained. The large baler is an ideal for pressing and bagging agricultural materials like shavings, hay, peanut shell, cotton, straw, rice husk, shredded cardboard, textile etc.
HBM-T180 can automatically feed, bale, compact, and bag materials for easy handling. It designed with PLC controlled with one button operation that means the operation been simplified and accurate. This equipment also equips with horizontal cutters for cutting off the excessive material to prevent it from being jammed. Safety interlock ensures operator’s safety. Meanwhile, conveyor as an option for easy and efficiently feeding. Air-cooling system for cooling down the temperature to protect the machine.
Horizontal bagging baler HBM-T180 adopts bale size of 430*310*750mm. The hourly capacity is around 1.5-2.5ton for common recyclables. Machine size is 3800*3250*2100mm. Designed with 1200*700mm feed opening as well as a large 450L oil reservoir and the motor power of this model is 22kw/hp.
