SHARE

Our Heavy-Duty PAV Series rotary airlock is an ideal choice for handling many dry, free-flowing powders where a pressure differential exists, such as when feeding pneumatic conveying lines. Constructed from either stainless steel or cast iron, the Heavy-Duty PAV Series allows up to +/- 15 PSI pressure differential and 500°F with standard components. We also offer kits for extremely high-temperature rotary airlock applications up to 1,000°F. The PAV Rotary Airlock Valves are available in nine convenient sizes with optional coatings or construction materials available for handling abrasive or corrosive materials and equipped with chain drive gear-motors and your choice of speed. Inlets and outlets are available in many common sizes and we also offer designs built to your unique application.

These hard-working units are readily available in six popular square size openings as well as larger capacity machines with rectangular openings. The Large rectangular flanges allow for greater capacity and a reduced height. All three sizes, including the 14″x20″, 18″x24″ and 28″x30″, use one-piece cast bodies with reinforcing ribs for minimal deflection under the severe stress that large processing systems can impose.

Our Heavy-Duty PAV Series rotary airlock transfers dry, bulk materials from large bins to pneumatic systems against pressure. Used for many applications and with many materials, the Heavy-Duty PAV Series is ideal for companies of all sizes and types. Our smallest Heavy-Duty rotary valve is 6″, and we also offer 8″, 10″, 12″, 14″, 16″, 18″x24″, 28″x30″ or 14″x20″ models to easily fit into your company’s workspace.
