Buhler - Heavy-Duty Trough Chain Conveyor
Our chain conveyor AHKG Heavy-Duty Line is designed for horizontal conveying at high throughputs of up to 1200 tons per hour. It is used in material intake stations as well as for downstream distribution or discharge.
Long life cycle
The machine’s core elements are drop-forged and hardened chain links. They offer high tensile strength and wear resistance. Optional lateral casing linings and chain guide bars made from manganese steel further extend the machine’s service life.
The chain conveyor AHKG`s modular design and its bolted segments allow quick and easy replacement of internal parts.
Reliable operation at high throughputs
Safety devices such as a material level sensor in the drive unit and a zero-motion monitor in the return unit detect chain ruptures early. This improves system uptime of the chain conveyor.
The Bühler trough chain conveyor RFKG is a high-capacity conveyor capable of moving up to 1200 tons of material per hour across distances of up to 150 meters. Therefore, it is ideally suited for use in bulk storage, handling systems, and processing plants.
