The process of copper wire granulator machine as follows:
a ). Shredding
Using a shredder the wires into small sections about 5-7 cm.
b ). Crushing
Using a crusher to crush these sections into small particles of copper and plastic.
c ). Air separation
Using an air separator to separate copper and plastic from the particles according to their different gravities.
As for copper, it can be sold directly in the local metal recycling market, or it can be sold to a copper electrolysis plant. And the plastic can be used as secondary thread leather, or granulated to make other products.
