The process of Doing’s PCB circuit board recycling machine include shredding, crushing, eddy-vibrating screen, air separation and electrostatic separation with cyclone and pulse dust collection, totally friendly to environment.
Firstly, the shredder and crusher cut the boards into particles. Then, eddy-vibrating screen will control the particle size to 20 mesh. The air separator and electrostatic separator will separate metals from resin fiber according to their different gravity and conductivity with 99% sorting rate.
