Hengst Filtration - Threaded Filter Cartridge
Threaded filter cartridges are filter cartridges that ensure air purity, recover fine particles and maintain hygienic conditions. Our threaded flange filters are available in cylindrical and conical designs and can be seamlessly integrated into dust collection systems. Our cylindrical threaded filter cartridge can be fitted with our Starbottom technology, which prevents dust build-up and ensures improved cleaning results. Our conical threaded cartridges offer excellent air permeability and structural strength. We offer variants suitable for clean and dirty side mounting. The threaded filter cartridges are used in food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical processing and material handling, ensuring clean and safe operation. In material handling, the filter cartridges can be used with a simple flange adapter for vacuum conveyors and system venting.
Our filter cartridges are available in galvanized and various stainless steel grades (e.g. AISI 316 / EN1.4404). They guarantee a long service life and compliance with hygiene standards. In hazardous environments (static, explosive), antistatic properties ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide a safe and effective filtration solution.
