Escopet - Model SB -Herbold Granulator with Forced Feeding

The baled PET bottles  which is coming to our factory are subject to prewash and label peeling after bale opening. Subsequently, the color is separated by passing through the optical separator. Then it is dried after breaking-rinsing and rinsing processes and it is filled with big bags through color, polymer and metal separator which is the last stage.

Our clear hot washed flake is produced using a variety of industry leading sorting and crushing technologies ( Herbold  and Tomra Titech,).  All of Clean Tech’s flake products are produced from post-consumer PET packaging.
