HERZ - Model 4008 -Hydraulic Interface Unit
Compact substation for drinking water systems and radiator heating utilising a countercurrent heat exchanger made of Cu/ Ni brazed stainless steel. Central controller for hot water only operates as a pressure drop is detected when a hot tap is opened. Assembly is available in surfacemounting or flush-mounted versions. Pipe connection to an HIU is realised by means of a patented mounting system with pre-mounting unit. This unique installation system saves the installer the often complicated and time-consuming calibration and adjustment measures required on existing (pre-) installations.
