HHH Equipment - Glass Washing and Drying Machine

This glass washing and drying machine is tailored for efficiently handling low-E glass, ordinary coated glass, and solar glass without causing scratches. It features a compact design with the blower installed on top for space efficiency and a side-mounted air filter for accessible maintenance. The machine incorporates a pre-washing section with a dedicated water tank, three or four pairs of cylindrical brushes with top and bottom spray zones, and a low-E brush for specialized cleaning. It comes equipped with three removable water tanks inclusive of pumps and heating, and two pairs of air knives for effective drying. The blower is equipped with a frequency converter for reduced energy usage, and a light inspection device in the discharge section ensures thorough quality control. Optional integration with a PLC system is available for enhanced automation. It accommodates glass widths ranging from 48 to 120 inches, thicknesses between 3 to 19 mm, and operational speeds from 0 to 10 m/min, powered by a 480V, 3-phase supply.
