This compact centrifugal spray dryer transforms liquid feed into fine droplets via an atomizer, which then contact hot air (or other gases) to produce powdered products. 

Filtered and heated air enters through a top-mounted distributor, spiraling uniformly into the drying chamber. 

The feed liquid is atomized by a high-speed centrifugal nozzle at the tower’s apex, creating ultra-fine mist droplets. 

Heat and mass transfer occur rapidly as droplets and hot air interact in co-current, counter-current, or mixed-flow patterns—critically influencing temperature distribution, particle trajectory, residence time, and final product properties. 

Dried powder is collected at the tower base, while residual fines are separated via a cyclone, exhaust gas is discharged by a fan.
