• Filter integrated in a concrete manhole placed at the outlet of the offset pit or integrated in a metal casing placed on the ground.
• Pre-filter and absorbent media packaged in the body of the filter : once saturated with hydrocarbons, pre-filter and absorbent media are evacuated through the appropriate channel. 
• A refill kit (prefilter and absorbent media) allows the envelope of the FILTRELEC F1500 ^® to be reused .
• Specific filtering medium that  definitely traps hydrocarbons  : during a major oil spill, the polymer reacts and forms a plug, preventing any fluid from spilling into the environment.
• Reduced maintenance  : works without mechanical parts or electrical connections.
• Optional: a sensor lets you know the saturation level of the filter. It closes a dry contact, which then makes it possible to be analyzed in the site`s control room and to plan maintenance for the replacement of the filter.
