AngXin - Model AXHGS-804 -High G Dry Shaker for Drilling Operations

The High G Dry Shaker is an advanced piece of equipment specifically designed for drying drill cuttings and waste water solids in drilling operations. It operates without the need for chemical additives, ensuring a clean and efficient process. Waste solids are initially processed by a shale shaker before being conveyed via an auger to the dry shaker for further drying. The resulting dried solids are then removed, while the water is directed to a decanter centrifuge for additional treatment. Key features include an adjustable G force of up to 8.0G, a robust sealed deck designed for a ten-year lifespan, and a stainless steel bottom deck to enhance durability. The shaker screen utilizes a frame plate design for easy replacement, and it is supported by high-quality vibration motors from Martin or Oli. Electrical controls by renowned brands such as Siemens, Schneider, and ABB ensure reliability. The shaker's hopper design reduces height, facilitating feed conveyors and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

High G dry shaker is designed for drilling cutting’s drying, waste water solids' drying. It can dry the solids to well delivery condition and does not add any chemicals. The waste solids from shale shaker, then transfered to dry shaker by auger conveyor. The dried was transported away and the water was transfered to decanter centrifuge to second treatment.

The G force can reach 8.0G and it also can be adjusted.
