metroVoxel offers a high-precision 3D measurement and analysis system designed for non-destructive analysis and comprehensive internal measurements of products. The system features a grating ruler closed cycle control system and a granitic base for enhanced temperature stability, ensuring long-term high precision with fewer running axles. It boasts a spatial resolution of 2μm and metrology accuracy of 9μm+L/100, and operates with an open, reflection type X-ray source with voltage options of 300KV, 240KV, 225KV, 190KV, and 160KV. The flat panel detector covers an imaging area of 427mm×427mm with a pixel matrix of 3072×3072. Capable of handling samples up to 600mm in diameter and 550mm in height, and supporting weights up to 25 kg, this robust equipment weighs 7500 kg and measures 2770mm in length, 1440mm in width, and 2040mm in height. Compatible hardware and software configurations allow users to tailor the system to specific applications in industries such as oil and gas, geotechnical engineering, and materials science.
