Lifeng - Model 4-72-3.2A -High-Quality Ventilation Machines for Optimal Airflow Solutions
Due to the special requirements of the fan installation site, different types of fans with different air outlet forms are required. Therefore, centrifugal fans are divided into "right" rotation according to the different rotation directions during fan manufacturing; Left rotation; Two forms. The basic method to determine the rotation direction of a fan is to stand at one end of the fan drive shaft (or the end of the motor) and face it in front. If the fan impeller rotates clockwise, it is called "right" rotation. Turning counterclockwise is called `left` rotation.

- Before installation, a comprehensive and detailed inspection of the fan should be carried out to confirm whether the basic components are complete, whether the rotation direction of the impeller and the casing is consistent, and whether the connections of each component are tight. Whether the main components such as impeller, main shaft, and bearing box are damaged, and whether the transmission group rotates flexibly.
- During installation, pay attention to checking that there are no tools or debris that have fallen or been left inside the casing. In order to prevent embroidery and reduce disassembly difficulties on some joint surfaces, lubricating grease or mechanical oil should be applied. The joint surface between the fan and the foundation, and the connection of the inlet and outlet air ducts should be adjusted to fit naturally. Forced connection is not allowed, and the weight of the ducts should not be added to the various components of the fan. At the same time, attention should be paid to maintaining the horizontal position of the fan installation.
- After installation, test the transmission group and check for any tightness or collision with the fixed parts. Only after passing the inspection can the fan be put into trial operation.
- In order to prevent the motor from being overloaded and burned out, it is necessary to start the fan with the minimum load (close the inlet valve and slightly open the outlet valve), and gradually open the valve until the specified operating conditions are met after normal operation. During the operation of the fan, the current should be strictly controlled and should not exceed the rated value for a long time.
- Operation of the Ventilation Machines:
- Before starting the fan, the following preparations should be made:
- Close the inlet valve and slightly open the outlet valve (if any).
- Check the gap dimensions between the various parts of the fan, and inspect for any collision or friction between the rotating and fixed parts. Check if the lubricating grease (lubricant, 30 # mechanical oil) in the bearing box is missing.
- Check if the oil level of the bearing box (lubricating fluid 30 # mechanical oil) is slightly above the centerline of the oil window. e? Check if the cooling parts are normal (inlet and outlet cooling water pipes or cold air wheels).
- When the fan reaches normal speed after starting, the bearing temperature should be checked regularly during operation. Generally, the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 40 ? of the ambient temperature, and the root mean square vibration velocity value of the bearing part should not exceed 6.3mm/s. If there is intense movement or collision sound of the fan, or a rapid increase in bearing temperature, it must be stopped urgently for inspection until it is confirmed and eliminated before use.
