This machine adopts the principle of piston filling. After empty tank is transported to the filling position, compressed air enters the cylinder through pneumatic triple parts and opens the filling valve. Under the action of cam, the piston moves downward in the piston cylinder for filling. After filling, the filling valve closes automatically under the action of cylinder and the piston cylinder sucks material. The poured pot is sent to the sealing machine by the synchronous running hook chain after it is out of the pot for sealing. When the tray is lifted by the bracket mechanism of the can sealing machine, the pressure head is pressed against the lid, and the two rollers are pre-sealed and sealed respectively under the action of cams.The sealed tank is sent to the conveyor belt under the action of the discharging pulley.
