Newway - Model XW32-6 -High-Speed Filling And Sealing Combination Machine

This machine is an exclusive development equipment of Newway on the basis of digestion and absorption of domestic and foreign (without steam) cans filling and sealing machine (sealing machine). According to the principle of atmospheric pressure filling, when empty tank enters the lifting tray through the pulley, the filling valve and empty tank are aligned, the empty tank is lifted and sealed, and the valve opening of filling valve is opened automatically. When the filling liquid level blockades the return pipe opening of the valve, the filling stops. The filling jar is sent to the sealing machine head by hook chain, and the lid is sent to the jar mouth by the cover feeder and the pressure head. When the supporting mechanism is lifted, the pressure head tightens the jar mouth. The sealing wheel is sealed first and then sealed. After the jar is sealed, the head of the capping mechanism is pushed out, and then the jar is transported out of the jar.
