HYSC - Model SIC -High Temperature Furnace

The high-temperature furnace from Hanyang Science Lab is designed for industrial applications requiring precise temperature control up to 1400°C. It features high-performance heat insulation using molded ceramic blocks, allowing rapid heating. To ensure safety, it incorporates a grounded circuit, an NFB to prevent electric shorts and over-current, and a double-door design that minimizes exterior heating, thus safeguarding operators. The furnace is equipped with a digital PID controller for accurate temperature management and has a uniquely designed leveling foot for stable placement. It utilizes vacuum-formed ceramic fiber known for its durability, and features efficient air ventilation to prevent exterior damage caused by heating. Furthermore, the furnace structure reduces heat loss by minimizing the distance between the doors and interior. The SF-05, SF-12, and SF-25 models cater to varying experimental needs, providing versatility and reliable performance in high-temperature testing environments.
