Warren Environmental - Model 301-NV -Highly Chemical Resistant Epoxy Coating
Warren Environmental's 301-NV epoxy is engineered for environments demanding robust resistance to chemical exposure and temperature extremes. This high-functionality epoxy provides a strong barrier against corrosive substances, microbial attacks, sewer gases, and abrasives, thereby extending the lifespan of infrastructure components such as pipes and tanks. Notably, the 301-NV can be applied in a single coat up to 500 mils, permitting quick application and reducing downtime without the delamination risks common in multi-layer systems. The coating adheres well to various substrates including concrete, metal, and brick, even under damp conditions. Comprising 100% solids, it avoids the use of VOCs or hazardous solvents, ensuring safer application and enduring quality. Since its innovation in 1996 with no harmful additives, many of its earliest installations remain in excellent condition.

301-NV epoxy has higher functionality than our standard epoxies. This blend is well suited for the most severe environments where resistance against harsh chemical exposure and a wide range of temperature extremes is necessary.
