Astor - Hinged Belt Chip Conveyor

Hinged belt chip conveyors are used to transport long, helical metal chips or small parts. It allows the metal chips to be transported/collected to a certain point by pre-separating the metal chips from the liquid. Type of pallet which is suitable for long-helical chips, is used . It is recommended to be used in processing centers which produce chips intensively and units which don’t need clean liquid. It is not recommended to be used in fine machining.
