Hinged Steel Belt conveyors aredesigned to handle large volume of chipsgenerated in CNC Turning Machines, CNCMachining Centers, Multi Spindle Automatsand SPMS. These are the most versatile typeof conveyors, which can handle almost anykind of chips. They are robustly designedconsidering the hazards that are normallyencountered during handling heavy swarfs.The body is fabricated in steel withreinforcements and extra heavy duty guiderails are provided for smooth movement ofrollers. The hinge slats are pressed in extraheavy duty steel sheet with minimum gapbetween them. Side guards are provided onboth the sides of the hinged slats to protectthe moving rollers from interference of chips.Apron are welded at regular intervals toensure positive carrying of chips. Conveyorswith integrated coolant tank and pumps canalso be manufactured.
