MEMSIS GENMBR - Hollow Fiber Membrane
MEMSİS offers advanced reinforced hollow fiber membranes, utilizing PVDF polymer known for its high chemical resistance, suitable for challenging wastewater treatments. These membranes maintain resilience against chemical elements like pH and conductivity fluctuations. Reinforced with a PET support layer, they deliver enhanced mechanical durability, extending their lifespan significantly. The membranes, crucial in GENMBR® modules, feature a pore diameter of 0.04 µm, ensuring 95-98% efficiency in removing suspended solids, bacteria, and pathogens, thus meeting stringent discharge standards and enabling water recycling for various uses. Manufactured with antifouling properties in MEMSİS's Tuzla facilities, these membranes are designed to accommodate varying capacities, inlet concentrations, and recovery limits, addressing modern environmental demands efficiently. MEMSİS's expertise in membrane technology, backed by a team dedicated to innovation, provides effective and sustainable environmental solutions.
In addition to GENMBR ® modules, we also export our membranes as hollow fiber.
We use PVDF polymer with high chemical resistance in our hollow fiber membranes. Therefore, the chemical properties of the membranes such as pH and conductivity are resistant to problematic wastewater. In addition, it does not wear out against chemical factors.
We reinforce our membranes with a special support layer (PET). In this way, we enable you to use our membranes that are 5 times more durable mechanically with a long life. By reducing the cost of the GENMBR ® system, we enable your facility to complete its depreciation in a short time.
The membranes we use in GENMBR ® modules have an average pore diameter of 0.04 µm. It provides 95-98% treatment efficiency to suspended solids, bacteria and other pathogens. Thus, you can easily meet strict discharge standards or recycle wastewater as irrigation, washing or process water.
