The trailers in the Hercules 8.5 series of enclosed cargo trailers have undergone significant enhancements and are now larger and more advanced than ever. This series includes the 8.5 enclosed wide bumper pulls and 8.5 enclosed wide gooseneck trailer models. Our approach to constructing the most durable and reliable enclosed trailers starts from the very foundation. To ensure a smooth and comfortable ride, the Hercules 8.5 trailer is equipped with rubber torsion axles with E-Z lube hubs and radial tires. For utmost strength and dependability, we utilize 2×6 tube steel to construct the main frame. To provide optimal stability, we place floor crossmembers and tubular wall posts at 16″ intervals.

Internally, we install a 3/4″ exterior grade plywood flooring and a 3/8″ premium plywood sidewall liner for added support.
