The Saalasti Crush H crusher is particularly suitable for power plants and biomass terminals that require high capacity and also handle impure materials such as sandy stumps, waste wood or wood-based construction waste. In addition to impure materials, Saalasti Crush H processes all clean wood-based materials, such as logs, twig logs and loose waste, thinning trees and tops.

Thanks to the Multitool rotor of the Crush H crusher, the device can be easily converted into a chipper by changing the teeth. The chipping or crushing teeth of the device can be replaced according to the material to be processed, in which case it is possible to process various materials in various ways. Replacing crushing teeth and increasing the range of materials is an important feature during the life cycle of a plant, as the power plant or biomass terminal typically changes the material being processed over the years.

A feed conveyor up to 2.4 meters wide allows the load to be unloaded from two cars simultaneously

The capacity of the Saalasti Crush H crusher is selectable from 150 to 600 I-m3 / h (P63) and the width of the crusher system can be up to 2.4 meters. The wide feed conveyor allows large quantities to be fed to the crusher at one time, for example from two cars at the same time.

Once the material is loaded onto the feed conveyor, it is processed by the efficient rotor of the crusher to the desired piece size. The piece size of the processed material can be selected between P32-P100 based on the customer’s need, the material to be processed and the intended use, and can also be changed afterwards. It is also possible to increase the capacity of the crushed stone by increasing the power of the engine.
