We are a family-owned, Texas-friendly business specializing in building durable equipment for satisfied customers throughout the world. Our focus is on top quality asphalt blending plants and equipment, individually built for each customer’s needs and requirements.

When Howard Cox started his paving company in 1967, his work was primarily in asphalt paving, chip seal, and road base. Since 1983, his company’s focus has increasingly been on producing asphalt rubber and micro-surfacing. During this time, they made their own equipment for blending and modifying asphalt. Using his specialized asphalt blending equipment, we worked with Shell Chemical and Kraton Polymers to mix the first SBS polymer asphalts - even before the PG grading specs came out.

His search for specialized machinery to create these new blends eventually resulted in D&H Equipment, LTD being founded in 2004 to build the reliable and durable equipment required. Utilizing his first-hand experience working with asphalt at his father’s company, Andy Cox now serves as President of D&H Equipment.

His focus is to concentrate on meeting this growing demand for equipment by producing quality components for modified asphalt production.

Active now in approximately twenty countries and on six continents, D&H Equipment’s plants operate for our customers worldwide. We are dedicated to being the one source for all your asphalt modification needs. While other manufacturers sub out to fabrication shops owned by others, D&H is proud of the quality and control we maintain by building all of our own proprietary equipment in our Blanco, Texas facility.

Our trainers and technicians have day-to-day experience with our machinery, terminal operations, and paving jobsites.
