Htech - Model AP / APF -Vegetable Bagger

This machine is a popular part of packing lines due to its easy maintainance, high output and sensitive packing, which does not damage produce as vertical baggers sometimes do because of longer fall through the tube. Machine can be coupled with almost any cycle operating dosing equipment on the market.

Packing is possible and effective from as little as 375 g till 12 kg portions. For larger portions or industrial applications a XXL machine is recommended for its stronger build, allowing packing up to 25 kg of products.

Machine is manufactured completely from stainless steel and apart from usual cleaning it is practically maintainance free. When used frequently some moving or drive parts may wear which are designed for quick and inexpensive replacing. Upon request the machine can be equipped with several upgrades:

• printer for direct bag surface marking
• vibration of the bottom belt
• swivelling extension control box
• special closing systems:
