JASA vertical packing machines are, thanks to their output and robust construction, very popular amongst our clients whenever they need to pack their products in monolayer film or special packages combinet from film and net.
Machines unwind material from a roll that can be quickly and easily changed in the back of the machine. A printer can be installed inside the machine to stamp additional data onto package surface. The film is then wound around a tube through which the product is being delivered from the dosing system. The film ends are joined on the tube. Moving welding bars are closed each time a dose is coming and separate the new package from the just finished one at the same time. After the dose is finished, new cycle of film movement is carried out.
Jasa machines can be equipped with several welding systems and tools for different bag type forming.
