Dry pallet unloader works as a tipping device for emptying boxpallets with produce requiring gentle handling.
The pallet is put inside by a forklift ruck or a handlift truck and covered by a moving belt. Pallet is then tipped and the belt is slowly sliding away so the produce can gently leave the pallet, exiting through a brush that helps slow the process down gently.
The machine can be workin automatically or using manual controls on the side of the machine. Depending on the bin size and their contents volume it is possible to empty up to 40 bins an hour.
