A bin is placed on reception platform by a forklift truck, moved above the water tank and fluently submerged. A circulation pump is started to make sure the apples flow away as quickly as possible, naturally floating on the surface, towards the next stages of line, e.g. drying section and packing tables.

System is very gentle and allows up to 20 bins to emptied within an hour, depending on the apple type and amount in each pallet.

System can be adjusted to work as a multiple outlet line allowing to empty boxpallets at the designated exits.
